Martial Law , Pork and...more Pork

WHAT TO DO...WHAT TO DO...

As the once and former free citizens of the united States of America – the government of, for, and by the people - we have ourselves quite a dilemma. And the biggest and most immediate problem we face is that the citizenry remains stupid, with heads in the sand, re-educated, and media sheep. What to do…what to do…

As I try to read all the watchdog literature that time affords, I am comforted by the willingness, effort, and research of those in the know and willing to act. But I also realize that the problems we face grow larger and more sophisticated on a daily basis, and that the job of simply trying to keep up with the political deception, missions, and disinformation is beyond monumental. And, of course, I also realize that the scope, financial resources, and strength of those missions are beyond historical compare. What a force, people. What a historical world-wide force to be reckoned with, and what an ineffective and largely ignored force the world’s majority has become.

The question that the watchdogs are asked on a daily basis is, “What can we do?’ Ask any watchdog this question, and you will get any number of suggestions - keeping in mind that watchdogs are simply people like all people. They just watch less tell-a-vision and perhaps tend to question blind authority more than most. However, there are no easy, simple, or single answers to securing freedom, for slavery is complex politics. And masterminded slavery is pathological greed in every way, shape, form, and century. This is an important consideration.

What we are dealing with are pathological missions, plans, and intentions – very patient and sophisticated pathological strategies that have been put into place decade after decade and, in truth, century after century....

....The American people cannot be designated as “dissidents’ simply because they are constitutionally guaranteed American people. However, this can occur if operating under Military Law, and particularly Martial Law, which suspends the constitutional law of the nation.

The stage has been set for Martial Law. Many Executive Orders have defined and guaranteed absolute dictatorial powers of Martial Law (refer to all orders gathered into Executive Order 12919). Practicing for this declaration has been an on-going process for several decades, with the paramilitary face in full view since 9-11. We continue to be desensitized by homeland military presence, public view of military issue weapons, black suits, international forces, and commands to disarm. This is not a good sign. And hundreds of millions of dollars have been awarded for construction of new civilian labor camps on American soil. This is a confirming sign that war powers are in place on the “homeland’ – highly and strategically funded and enacted war powers.

All the President’s Secrets

[Aziz]Huq, who directs the liberty and national security project at the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University’s School of Law, explained that Bush’s abuses of power go beyond past presidents’ decisions to ignore in times of crisis the traditional checks-and-balances structure of the government’s three branches. Unlike, for example, President Lincoln’s suspension of the writ of habeas corpus during the Civil War, Bush’s violations of the law are conducted wholly in secret and are not linked to an emergency that has an identifiable end-point. read the rest...

It looks like somebody is setting the table, and in an era of ever-increasing pork-barrel spending, our Congressmen are once again allowing this sitting President of the United States to usurp our liberties.

Did somebody say, Martial Law Military Dictatorship? Munch, munch, slurp.

Hey Bushy, that's not fair - we were just about to have dessert. Burrrrp. S'cuse me, I mean, could somebody please pass the bar-b-que sauce...?

German Homeschooled Girl Returned Home

A German appeals court has ordered legal custody of Melissa Busekros, the teenager who was taken from her home by a police squad and detained in a psychiatric hospital for being homeschooled, be returned to her family because she no longer is in danger...

The lower court's ruling had ordered police officers to take Melissa – then 15 – from her home, if necessary by force, and place her in a mental institution for a variety of evaluations. She was kept in custody from early February until April, when she turned 16 and under German law was subject to different laws.

At that point she simply walked away from the foster home where she had been required to stay and returned home, but she and her family had been living under the possibility that police would intervene again.

German Appeals Court Returns Custody of Homeschooled Girl to Parents

Your prayers and support have helped make possible a rare victory for a homeschooling family in Germany. Yesterday, a German appeals court in Bavaria set aside a lower court ruling that had authorized the Youth Welfare Office in Erlangen Germany to retain custody of 16-year-old homeschooler Melissa Busekros.

In its opinion the Appeals Court stated that although the lower court ruling was justified based on the evidence at the time, later evidence shows that there is no danger to Melissa’s well-being at home.

In an email to Home School Legal Defense Association the Busekros had this to say:

“The decision by the family court was partially repealed. The important points (custody) were revoked! What remains are the court-appointed lawyer and the evaluation. The urgent appeal has thereby been completed, but now the main case continues in the family court. However, urgent decisions without a hearing may no longer be made. Thank you for all the help we received through phone-calls, emails, letters, parcels, newspaper articles, radio, TV and prayers!!”

Your support of HSLDA and our Home School Foundation’s Germany Fund has allowed us to help fund Melissa's attorney who appealed the lower courts decision achieving this important victory.

HSLDA acknowledges the efforts of other organizations including the International Human Rights Group, and two German Homeschooling Organizations, Schuzh and Netzwerk Bildungsfreiheit. The work of these groups, along with HSLDA and HSLDA members who made phone calls, sent letters and emails, helped maintain constant pressure on this issue and doubtless helped to create the groundwork for this decision.

In spite of this positive development for the Busekros family, the plight of German homeschoolers continues with constant harassment, fines and worse by German authorities. HSLDA’s new strategy to help create change in Germany will involve funding academic studies, political lobbying, and legal defense for families in need, like the Busekros family. This strategy supports the work being done by German homeschoolers to change the laws so that Homeschooling in Germany becomes free and legal.

Thank you for all you do on behalf of Homeschooling freedom here in the United States and in Germany.

............................................................................................

We had better take note of this state of affairs in Germany, because it is not a stretch at all to see that happening here in America. In fact it would be instructive to look into the state of affairs in that country, just to see how they arrived at the level of government/ judicial intervention which can forcibly take a home-schooled child away from her parents, because she showed "too great a devotion to her family". And the fight in good old Deutschland isn't over by a long shot. They backed off because of negative pressure from human rights groups such as the Home School Legal Defense Association, but the homeschoolers are very much still under the gun, both figuratively and literally.

And here in the USA, it is the game-plan to subvert the money vouchers, and use their influence to set the federal, permissible guidelines in which private schools are held to the same dumbing-down curricula being fostered on public schools. Three days ago, Secretary of Education, Margaret Spellings, made this pronouncement in a key-note address to the NAACP:

"I believe it [No Child Left Behind] is not just an education law, it's a civil rights law, designed to make America's promise a reality for all its citizens".

Better pay attention when they start talking about "civil rights" for children. That's Newspeak for putting parental rights on the side, which you may have noticed, they are already doing.

Homeschoolers, you are next on their agenda. Get ready for a fight.

And you had better believe Shrillary (it takes a village) Clinton has designs on our children. The modus operandi these days for the One World Government gang, of which she is a paid-up member, is to follow the Communist's "two steps forward, one step back" method, always with the goal of creating the most powerful federal public education system possible. They do this by linking the money for education to their NWO global agenda. "Guidelines" set by the Trilateral Commission founded by Bilderberger David Rockefeller, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and the NEA, will continue to dominate unless and until enough sovereign Americans say, enough - STOP.

Hillary proposes preschool for all in federal-state effort

By Amy Fagan
THE WASHINGTON TIMES
May 22, 2007

Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Hillary Clinton yesterday proposed that the federal government provide states with up to $10 billion to ensure all 4-year-olds have pre-kindergarten education.

"Every child not just children whose parents can afford it should have the same chance to succeed," said Mrs. Clinton, New York Democrat. "As president, I will establish universal pre-kindergarten education through a federal-state partnership."

In the first major education initiative of her campaign, Mrs. Clinton proposed a voluntary program yesterday that would start with a $5 billion federal commitment for interested states to create universal pre-K programs or bolster their existing ones, including Head Start. States would match the investment dollar for dollar, and the federal contribution would increase to $10 billion over five years, as state investment did.

Mrs. Clinton said she'd pay for the hefty price tag by getting rid of tax loopholes and some Bush administration programs, according to the Associated Press. She said ending the Iraq war would free up some money as well, the AP reported.

Critics said her pre-K plan would be major expansion of the federal role in education, when preschool programs haven't truly been proven effective.

"Senator Clinton is really proposing to pressure states into implementing universal preschool. That's really a remarkable new role for federal government," said Dan Lips of the Heritage Foundation. Thirty-eight states had preschool programs in 2006, according to the National Institute for Early Education Research. The Clinton camp stressed their program would be voluntary, but Mr. Lips said the draw of money would lure states into what would become a web of new federal rules.

And no, it doesn't stop. There is a madness engulfing the world, and it is beginning to look doubtful that a sane political solution will prevail. But that is all the more reason to fight the forces of darkness as if our very existence depends on it - because in fact, it does.

First, the Good News:

Colleges Seeking Homeschoolers

10/10/2006
By staff reports -Citizen Link
from the Illinois Family Institute

Academic excellence is opening doors.

With an estimated 2 million homeschoolers in the U.S., news reports say some colleges are seeking them out because of their academic excellence.

Barmak Nassirian, deputy director with the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, said it has taken about a decade for home-schoolers and colleges to get to know each other better.

"I think admissions folks have gained a new respect for home-schooling," he said. "On the other side I think the home-schooling community has grasped the process a lot better."

Chris Klicka, senior counsel and director of state and international relations for the Home School Legal Defense Association, said homeschoolers have proven themselves and that's what's leading schools to look for them.

"Several of the universities over the last few years have done surveys of their student body," he said, "and have found that the home-school graduates in their student body have a higher grade-point average."

In years past, many homeschoolers had a bumpy time getting through the admissions process because, among other things, they didn't have state-accredited diplomas or a class ranking. But Klicka said the colleges that opened their doors have been pleasantly surprised.

"Homeschoolers are very self-disciplined and they have mastered the tools of learning - reading, writing and arithmetic," he said, "so they can apply themselves virtually in any subject."

But the WAR AIN'T OVER - yeah, I know it's a drag to read all this...but if you don't, who will? Forewarned is Forearmed! What a demonic mess...

Chapter 3: The National Education Association

by Carl Sterling Parnell, Ed.D.
Posted: 07/28/2006

The National Education Association is an extremely powerful political union established in 1857. It has become more involved with monetary and political issues than with the theory and practice of education. The NEA is considered by many to be the dreaded enemy of education and traditional family values. In 1918, it adopted its Seven Cardinal Principles. These principles are the foundation of the humanist curriculum stressed in their agenda advocating humanist ethical values to replace those of traditional religion. This new Progressive, social revolution supported by the NEA would have to be achieved through the indoctrination of the younger generation. Of course, this is evident in our public school systems today. In fact, many people see the NEA as an out of control, secretive body. To them, the NEA conspires "to keep our children uneducated and subject to an evermore centralized, socialistic national government which will eventually be absorbed by a global, one-world system." However, many educators see the National Education Association as the only source to rid America of all its educational woes. To them, it is the epitome of excellence in transforming our schools into educational marvels. But, each person will have to be his/her own judge and make his/her own decision about the legitimacy of the NEA.

The formulation of NEA ideology and goals began around 1890. It was during this pre-Progressive Era that Communists from Western Europe began their attack on the American education system. Camouflaged as Progressives, these Marxist/Communist followers attempted to convince Judeo-Christian believers that they were on their side. Their main objective was to encourage our Federal Government to take over the administration of education in America. The underlying motive for controlling the educational systems in America was to ultimately destroy capitalism, religion, the American culture, and create a world dominated by socialism. Our nation has been indoctrinated for several generations with leftist, liberal philosophies and the ideologies of the NEA. Our public schools have graduated many students that do not meet minimum academic goals. As a result, the literacy rate of our nation has decreased drastically. Also, atheistic humanism has replaced Christianity as the guiding force in our schools and our nation. Therefore, the agenda of the National Education Association apparently has been successful.

In the NEA's formulation process, it developed a very close relationship with many other Marxist groups. Their radical agenda evolved from the tenets of the Humanist Manifesto, the Bible of atheistic Humanism. Also, many well-known humanists have supported and promoted the ideals of the National Education Association. They have made many disturbing comments about America's education systems. In 1929, John Dewey, the Father of modern American Education, was made a lifetime member of the NEA. However, since he was a known humanist, this was extremely depressing to many Christians in our nation. Then, to make it worst, Mr. Dewey was given the title of honorary president in 1949. Why would Americans accept the glorification of an ungodly, humanistic educator? But, they did! He has been recognized in many textbooks used in most high schools and colleges. His educational tenets are viewed as the basis for America's public schools. Some of his main beliefs are:

1. "Man evolved by chance-evolution.

2. Man created god-there's no supreme being.

3. Man is his own authority.

4. There are no absolutes.

5. All men should be exposed to diverse 'realistic viewpoints-including profanity, immorality and perversion.

6. Any form of sexual expression is acceptable.

7. Government ownership or control of the entire country.

8. Global Citizenship replaces self-determination and nationalism.

9. No existence beyond the grave."

Thus, John Dewey's educational goals did play a role in the evolution of America's educational system. According to William Kilpatrick, a disciple of John Dewey, the new education ideology that Dewey proposed would involve "the newer psychology which starts with life as the pursuit of ends or purpose." Mr. Kilpatrick also summed up the progressive philosophy of education. He said, "Let us not think…in terms of specific facts and skills, but rather in terms of growing, that present activities shall lead on fruitfully to further, finer, and better activities." Hence, America's educational dominance that existed before 1929 has dwindled to a drop in the bucket compared to many other nations. Therefore, it is obvious why America's public schools are in an educational, moral, and spiritual mess. We have failed to see the tell, tale signs that our nation and public schools are being infiltrated with socialistic and humanistic tenets of so-called great educators. God, please open our eyes!

It is amazing how bold humanist and other NEA supporters have been concerning their beliefs about education in America. Benjamin Bloom, the Father of utcome-based Education, stated, "A large part of what we call 'good teaching' is the teacher'sability to attain affective objectives through challenging the students' fixed beliefs…A child is not truly using his higher order thinking skills until he no longer believes in absolutes of right and wrong." Dr. Paul Brandwin, a psychologist, said, "Any child who believes in God is mentally ill." Dr. Chester Pierce, a Professor of Education at Harvard University, stated in 1972, "Every child in America entering school at the age of five is insane because he comes to school with certain allegiances toward our founding fathers, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural being, toward the sovereignty of this nation as a separate entity…It's up to you teachers to make all of these sick children well by creating the international children of the future." John Dunphy wrote, "The battle for humankinds future must be waged and won in the public school classroom…between the rotting corpse of Christianity…and the new faith of humanism. Humanism will emerge triumphant." Paul Blanshard stated, "I think the most important factor moving us toward a secular society has been the educational factor. Our schools may not teach Johnny to read properly, but the fact that Johnny is in school until he is sixteen tends to lead toward the elimination of religious superstition." G. Richard Bozarth said, "We must ask how we can kill the God of Christianity. We need only insure that our schools teach only secular knowledge. If we could achieve this, God would indeed be shortly due for a funeral service." Dr. Sidney Simon wrote, "We do not need any more preaching about right or wrong. The old 'thou shall nots' simply are not relevant. Values clarification is a method for teachers to change the values of children without getting caught." Ultimately, William Z. Foster stressed the true goal of the NEA and the American Soviet government. He stated, "Among the elementary measures the American Soviet government will adopt to further the cultural revolution are…a National Department of Education…the studies will be revolutionized, being cleansed of religious, patriotic, and other features of the bourgeois (capitalist) ideology. The students will be taught the basis of Marxian dialectical materialism, internationalism and the general ethics of the new Socialist society." Therefore, based on these cited references, the National Education Association and its operatives, local educators, state departments of education and the Federal Government, are apparently teaching dialectical materialism (no right, no wrong, no God) to our students. Watch out, America! Concerned citizens must begin a united effort to fight back against the NEA and its diabolical plot to spread socialism throughout our great democratic nation through the impressionable minds of our children.

If concerned citizens are to fight against the tyranny of the National Education Association, they must gain more insight into what the goals of the NEA are. Their documented goals are:

1. "Destroy capitalism (freedom).

2. Promote dialectical materialism.

3. Eliminate God from all thinking and loyalty.

4. Eliminate loyalty to family.

5. Create social chaos to destroy traditional American society.

6. Indoctrinate children with humanist agenda for world socialist government.

7. Assure children cannot read reason or learn history.

8. Change society in preparation for a socialist world government-global governance.

9. Increase union membership and political power.

10. Increase political Democratic Party dependence on NEA.

11. Stop school vouchers.

12. Regulate private, home schooling, and charter schools.

13. Destroy the political right."

As is evident, the "E" in the National Education Association's abbreviation does not truly mean "education." Instead, it should actually represent the word "extreme." The NEA should be considered to be a leftist, extremist organization. Each year at their summer convention the NEA proposes many resolutions that demand unbelievable requests for Americans to accept. The National Education Association is very hostile toward parents who choose to play their children in private schools or home schools. It is very vehement toward "deleterious programs," such as privatization of schools, tax credits, and vouchers. The NEA is very intolerant toward groups and people who are against one of its main objectives-the promotion of a gay-lesbian sexual orientation. This is the reason it wants diversity-based curricula to be used in many classes, such as sex education, Family-life education, and AIDS education. However, the NEA supports another new program that is even scarier than the diversity issue. Now it wants to include programs in public schools for children from birth to age eight. Basically, the NEA wants our children in public schools in order to instill the gay-lesbian tendencies into our children's minds. Also, it would give the NEA longer to brainwash our children. What a horrendous disaster this would be. Imagine having your new-born child in public schools being watched and taught by socialists, communists, humanists, New Agers and/or teachers with deviate sexual behavior. What would your child be leaning in his/her formative years? How would you react to government-mandated directives to bring your new-born child to an ungodly learning environment? God forbid that this new program gets approved!

Also, the National Education Association stresses another issue that would be detrimental to our children. It believes that "every child should have direct and confidential access to comprehensive health, social, and psychological programs, services, and care." However, the meanings of the words in this resolution are used differently than what most parents would assume. "Every" refers to the pre-kindergarten level. "Direct" refers to the classroom setting. "Confidential" refers to the relationship between the school and the student. Of course, the parents are left out again. "Comprehensive" refers to non-judgmental teaching and strict training in alternate lifestyles. Finally, "psychological" refers to the counseling that students get at school by unlicensed psychologists without their parents consent. In relation to parents' rights, the NEA has established a resolution on "privileged communications." It reads, "Communications between certificated personnel and students must be legally privileged. It urges its affiliates to aid in seeking legislation that provides that provides this privilege and protects both educators and students." Obviously, the NEA is totally wrong in its effort to prevent parental intervention in the affairs of their children in the public schools. It has many of the tendencies of Nazism in Germany during World War II or communism in the former Soviet Union. A parent, along with any group that supports capitalism, fundamental Christianity, and conservatism, is considered an enemy to the NEA. Basically, these are the groups that constantly fight against the psychological warfare that is occurring in our public schools. However, fortunately many schools have not bowed down to the atheistic idols of the NEA.

Parents should also become familiar with the affiliations and other associations that the NEA belongs to each year. Most of the money used to support these other organizations comes from members who know nothing about the NEA's clandestine activities. Some of these organizations are: Planned Parenthood, American Humanist Association, and the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Caucus. Needless to say, these organizations are not conservative. In fact, they are extremely liberal, anti-Christian, and anti-God. It is very disheartening to many teachers who are forced to become a member of the NEA. Their dues are being used contrary to their beliefs. But, they have absolutely no control over how their money is spent. Therefore, parents should not consider all teachers to be enemies of their children just because they are members of the NEA.

The NEA is noted for its use of spin manipulation tactics and the concealment of its true agenda. One of the more important social issues that created an out roar from parents was the promotion of diversity in public schools. According to Phyllis Schlafly, the NEA's definition of "diversity" includes "sexual orientation" along with the recognition of many other diverse groups. Of course, the main diverse groups that it recognizes are gays, lesbians, bisexual, and transgender people. The NEA encourages the acceptance and respect for these deviate groups. It demands an end to the stereotyping based on sexual orientation. It wants textbooks to positively reflect the role of these diverse groups in our society. The NEA wants members of these groups to be represented on the faculty of all schools. Picture this scenario! Every school in America has at least one homosexual, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender teacher on its faculty. How well would you sleep each night? How would you feel about the safety of your children?

Would diversity teaching actually have a negative affect on your children? A good example of teaching diversity occurred in Santa Rosa (CA) High School in April 2001. It involved 82 speakers from different diverse groups. Most of the speakers were from leftist, radical, Marxist groups. Fourteen of the speakers spoke in favor of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender lifestyle. They claimed that these lifestyles were genetic and were healthy and normal. Eleven speakers promoted leftist, radical ideology. They supported Communist Cuba and suggested that America become like Cuba whose government controls all aspects of society. Five classes dealt with police bashing. They wanted the ACLU to monitor all police activities. Also, students were given handouts that warned, "Never trust the police." One extremely disgusting class promoted the idea of a "hate-free" America. "One presenter portrayed a person who expresses hatred as a believer in a 'book' which she reads every morning, especially on Sunday, and which supposedly gives her the right to hate and to put down others." Of course, it was reasonable to assume that everyone knew which "book" he was describing. The Christians that were in attendance believed they were being discriminated against and being accused of prejudice. Why wasn't the ACLU there to protect their rights? Probably, it is because the ACLU is a one-sided, anti-Christian, liberal organization.

What kind of issues does the National Education Association actually oppose? Some of the more prominent ones are: home schooling, school choice, and parental supervision of sex education. The NEA does not believe that home schooling can provide a comprehensive education for the students. It also believes that home schooling should be a family affair only. Of course, the parents should cover all the costs incurred. The NEA wants all instructors to be state certified and use state-approved curriculum. Basically, these requirements would maintain NEA control over education since all parents would not be state certified nor would they want to use state-approved curriculum. School choice is opposed by the NEA, too. It does not want public money used to support private schools. The NEA believes that school choice would take needed monies from the public school systems. Also, it believes that school choice would segregate students by racially, economically, and socially. In reality, school choice would take power and money away from the NEA's coffer. Finally, the National Education Association does not want parents involved with the teaching of sex education in public schools. It would prevent the NEA from promoting its immoral agenda to its fullest. Most parents would accept the teaching of abstinence, family planning, and parenting skills. However, these same parents might not accept the teaching of birth control, diversity of culture, diversity of sexual orientation, and homophobia to their children. Therefore, parents should verify the components of their local sex education curriculum. Do not permit outsiders to teach your children about sexual matters unless you know what is being taught.

As our nation's largest labor union with approximately 3 million members, the NEA has evolved into an extremely powerful, political force. This is the reason why the NEA has promoted outrageous programs. It has gained the political clout and money needed to presuppose the wishes of the parents. In fact, our own Federal Government has given the NEA much financial support. As cited earlier, the National Education Association has been a prominent backer of the Democratic Party. The major members of the hierarchy have been Marxist professors and members of the Communist Party of the United States. Yes, Marxism and Communism have been key elements in the evolution of the organization. But, seemingly the leaders of our government and educational establishments have not been bothered by their agenda. If they did, the National Education Association would not have been given all the political clout that it has. As stated by Terry Herndon, the NEA Executive Director in 1973, "The NEA's ultimate goal is to tap the legal, political and economic powers of the U.S. Congress. We want leaders and staff with sufficient clout that they may roam the halls of Congress and collect votes to re-order the priorities of the United States of America." Also, another important reason for getting much political power was to gain the collaboration of our court systems. The NEA's purpose was to gain complete control of our children. Of course, many of the proactive courts of our land have united with them. According to Federal District Judge Melinda Harmon in 1996, "Parents give up their rights when they drop their kids off at public school." As columnist Paul Harvey said many times in his career, "Now you know the rest of the story!" The NEA and its allies have targeted our children. This "New Terror" has far surpassed the physical terror that our nation faces at home and abroad. In 2004, Rod Paige, U.S. Secretary of Education, called the NEA a terrorist organization. Since the U.S. Secretary of Education recognizes the political and social upheaval that is being caused by the National Education Association, then it is past time for the rest of America to come to the defense of our public schools.

What should parents do to combat the gigantic efforts of the NEA to control public education and their children's minds? Parents must get involved in local school district decision-making. Despite the power and money of the NEA, it cannot match the grass roots effort of local conservative leaders. The educators themselves realize that they cannot succeed in the implementation of school reforms without parent involvement, too. Parents must come to grips with the fact that local schools may not have their children's best interest at heart. On the other hand, parents must realize that all teachers are not the supporters of the NEA. Basically, it is mandatory that teachers become a member of the National Education Association union. But, many members do not agree with the NEA's ideology and political agenda. According to Hans Zeiger, the NEA gives teachers a bad name. The one billion dollars that teachers pay in dues is used to support the activities of an organization that endorses resolutions and recognizes programs that most teachers detest. In 2004, the NEA bestowed its prestigious Creative Leadership in Human Rights Award to the co-founder of the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network. Mr. Zeiger also states that the NEA is doing everything within its power to remove professionalism from those that teach our children. Ultimately, parents must become knowledgeable about the national political trends that affect their children and the schools they attend. All parents who home school their children must become aware of the efforts to eliminate home schooling and private schools in our nation. Naturally, home schooling and private schools would usurp much of the NEA's power, influence, and money. Therefore, parents must remember that they hold the keys to their children's educational success. They must do whatever is necessary to insure that their children receive the best possible, godly education.

Despite the many objections of parents, the National Education Association continues to purport their Marxist and Communist ideology. The Federal Government and many state departments of education continue to support the NEA, also. But, parents and religious institutions still have great influence in our nation, too. If we all band together and focus on the agenda of the true enemy of America and its educational systems, the NEA and other humanistic organizations, then we can be victorious in our efforts to provide a safe, academically sound educational program for our children. But, if we do not defend our land and our children now, our way of life in America will be much different in the future. Who will control our government? How will our educational institutions be operated? What role will the National Education Association play in the total picture? [all emphasis added]

Betrayal of Our Children

The world is a dangerous and treacherous place for children. Assuming you are one of the"lucky ones", and not among the millions of babies who don't get a pass through the birth canal, but are instead, poisoned or yanked half-way out of the womb, only to have their brains sucked out by a vacuum cleaner, and discarded, perhaps saving the good bits to sell at fair market price - but assuming you are one of the lucky ones who have a chance, slim though it may be, to get to use the body God has given you, things can still go horribly wrong.

Children die in the millions every year from disease and poverty - indifference and neglect. Others never get the nurturing necessary to survive in an unforgiving world. And if you're born female, the odds go down even further. Untold thousands of little girls are often forced into slavery, or prostitution, often even before menarche. Boys are sometimes forced to go to war which they in no way understand - still they are forced to carry an AK-47, and are expected to use it. And they come away bearing the scars of battle. The Islamists teach their children to hate, which leaves another kind of scar.

But don't blame God for this injustice. God suffers in agony at each blow, each hurtful word, each indignity and pain these little ones are forced to endure. It is Man who has chosen to turn his back on the helpless. It is Man who has lost his compassion, and it is Man who will be called into full account for his shameful treatment of God's children.

Not all wars show the scars of battles. Some wars are fought using children as pawns of expediency, such as the current war by the Hegelian/Gramscian/Leftist political ideologues, who are putting John Dewey's ideas of relative moral-ism into the classroom and curricula of our children's schools. Dewey's ideas on Pragmatism have evolved over the past 50 years into a new religion, called the Church of Secular Humanism. This war is now being waged in the classrooms all across America. It is a war in which the children are the ultimate losers, because the goal is to render them incapable of rational, reasoned thought.

Why do this? The reason is simple. The Leftists are replacing "old" patriotic ideas with "new" ideas receptive to a world government. And they are doing it in the classroom. They have come to believe that this will bring about world peace. I'm not making this up. This war is being waged with the full participation of our government, through the administrative agencies and in cooperation with the National Education Association. The Bilderbergers are chortling with glee at the way Americans are simply lying down and taking this. It has been a carefully orchestrated betrayal of America.

I believe if more American parents understood the ramifications and travesty of post-modern "progressivism" in education, there would be blood flowing in the streets. For those of us who haven't been brainwashed by the Hegelian/Gramscian/NEA Leftists (a redundancy I can live with), we had better take this matter to heart. It is, the old cliché goes, serious as cancer. Your children's future and America's future as well, hangs in the balance.

It is no longer sufficient to just home school your own children. If you can home school, that's wonderful. But for the majority of parents, that's not feasible or even advisable. It is the majority of parents and children who are prey to the secular humanists goal: to render the young incapable of reasoned thought. And they have no idea of the stakes of this war.

It is right and the duty of the ones who do know, to tell the others.

Usually when I begin an article such as this, I check in with Sissy Willis, and I found her May 17, 2007 post, "You are no longer obliged to tell the truth if you don’t feel like it"

Ron Paul Is A Dangerous Man

Very dangerous. At least that's how the CFR ruled media and CFR ruled political parties see it. He's their worst nightmare.

And the American people are listening to him...

So it's obvious he doesn't have a Chinaman's chance at being nominated by the RNC. Too bad.

Giuliani must be getting pretty desperate, to feel the need to throw in the "As someone who lived through 9/11...", like that makes him some kind of maven on US foreign policy. He knows squat about US foreign policy, especially from a historical perspective. Giuliani is one of the biggest egos in the Western Hemisphere. He's also anti-gun, pro-abortion, pro-illegal immigration, pro-gay, and clearly someone who would fall like a ripe fig for the CFR's game-plan. He just wants to be adored. Stupid ass. I predict he will stumble very shortly.

Raping the Land

"Hi, I'm with the government (US, Canada- take your pick), and we're here to get our coal-bed methane that's under your land". Those are words no rancher or farmer or nature lover wants to hear. Here's why:

The coal-bed methane (CBM) industry and the government form what is known as Public/Private Partnerships, (PPP's). Such partnerships are immune to democratic regulatory process. Together with the powerful oil and gas lobbies, they wield an almost unstoppable force.

I'm not saying we shouldn't get the methane or the oil. But with no input allowed to influence the regulation process, the oil and gas-getters will opt for the most direct and cheapest means available, ecology be damned. One more way your tax dollars are being spent - just in case anyone's interested.

Sacrificing the Roan Plateau

UPDATE on the Roan Plateau

Rocky Mountain News

June 11, 2007

U.S. Department of the Interior
Secretary Dirk Kempthorne
1849 C Street, N.W.
Washington DC 20240

Dear Secretary Kempthorne:

I am writing today to express my extreme disappointment with your decision to deny the State of Colorado’s request for a 120-day period to review the Roan Plateau Resources Management Plan prior to your issuing the Record of Decision. I am equally disappointed by your decision to lease the Roan for oil and gas development at this time.

As a new state Administration, we requested the limited additional review time to have the opportunity to recommend approval or modification of the plan, particularly with the enormous public concern over future leasing decisions. As you know, the Roan is a place of exceptional environmental and recreational qualities, and is of great importance to local communities. The 75,000 comments received by the Bureau of Land Management during the public review process reflected a 98% desire to refrain from leasing the top of the Roan. Your decision to ignore these public comments and limit my Administration’s participation in the process undermines efforts to build what should be a cooperative federal/state relationship.

Equally concerning is your immediate push to lease the Roan at this time. The Plateau is surrounded by other BLM land where the agency has already committed to extensive drilling. For example, your White River Management Plan adjacent to the Roan calls for 22,000 new wells over the next 15 years. The nearby Glenwood/Kremmling Management Plan calls for an additional 15,000 new wells. The Little Snake and Hiawatha Management Plans call for 6,000 additional wells. These projections are additive to tens of thousands of wells projected on nearby private lands. With approximately 120 rigs currently available in Colorado, it will be many years before the Roan would be needed to meet additional demand. There is absolutely no reason why certain special places, like the Roan, cannot be deferred for leasing while these other projects go forward.

BLM Director James Hughes’ reliance on the Naval Shale Oil Reserve statute as the reason for expedited leasing of the Roan is clearly a misstatement of the law. Nothing in the statute prevents deferring leasing decisions during the near term. In fact, BLM’s original set of alternatives for the Roan included "no-drill" options.

Similarly, Director Hughes’ reference to an earlier Colorado Department of Natural Resources plan for the Roan omits the fact that an election was held in Colorado, and that I lead a new Administration. The citizens of this State are concerned about the management of our public lands, the scale and pace of energy development, and the ability of our local communities to plan for and manage the extraordinary impacts that inevitably come with increased leasing and extraction. I am intent on finding the balance between protecting our environment, traditional economies, and special places with allowing and planning for responsible future oil and gas development.

Your decision has led me to take a more active role in working with Congressmen John Salazar and Mark Udall, as well as other members of Colorado’s Congressional delegation, to support funding limitations on the Department of Interior’s Appropriations Bill, or other legislation that will restrict BLM from going forward with leasing of the Roan during the coming year.

Finally, I share Director Hughes’ concern about the impact of his decision on the cooperating agency relationship between Colorado and the Department of Interior. This relationship must be based on a mutual respect for our respective values and missions. In the past, this relationship has worked to overcome initial disagreements and to find mutually acceptable land management plans. Unfortunately, the Department of Interior’s actions on the Roan undermine this past spirit of cooperation.

Sincerely,

Bill Ritter, Jr.
Governor

be because we destroyed ourselves." -- Abraham Lincoln

Here is one example of PPP's, or Public/Private Partnerships:

A Land Out of Time

Coal-Bed Methane (CBM)

When I was considering a move to southeastern Wyoming, I checked out the land use policies of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to see what was doing in the Red Desert, which was near where I wanted to settle. That was when I became aware of Coal-Bed Methane (CBM), which is a natural gas trapped in fossil coal seams. In Wyoming, as well as New Mexico and Colorado, there is a lot of methane underground - in the trillions of cubic meters. We cook with methane gas, so America needs a lot of methane. It is also pumped out of the Gulf of Mexico.

I also did some research on the environmental impact that drilling for gas has on wildlife in the Great Basin area - disrupting the ancient migration patterns of the Pronghorn antelope; sage grouse nesting, elk migration and breeding patterns disrupted. But that is for another day. What I found however, was enough to dissuade me from moving to Wyoming.

The Department of the Interior, working through the BLM and other agencies, has fast-tracked the necessary extraction policies, and oversees the extraction by private companies (thus the PPP label), which are laying the infrastructure needed to get it out of the ground and piped to its destinations. In order to lay the many thousands of miles of pipeline necessary, the land is simply sacrificed. The rivers and streams are polluted, the wildlife, and any human inhabitants are driven off the land.

I'm addressing this situation of getting at the methane, because of the current administration's increasing reliance on ever-bigger and more powerful PPP deals, which usually implicate the state governments as well. The PPP's are often seen as ripe fruit for foreign investors. It's Monopoly and craps and Texas Hold-Em all rolled together. And therein lies the problem. President Bush tipped his hand, when he said: "If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier - just so long as I'm the dictator, heh heh."

But this is not a dictatorship, President Bush, and you are not the dictator. Heh, heh. And we aim to see it stays that way.

Much of the drilling and wellheads are on once-pristine public land, which is leased to private companies like BP Global and Fruitland Coal companies. But not all of the wells are being drilled on public land. If you own land which the geologists have determined contains coal, they can drill on your property too. And you can't stop them, because the government 'owns' the mineral rights.

To give a quick idea of the process, here is a simplified view:

To get the methane gas trapped in vast coal seams, they drill a well, and start pumping water out of it, decreasing pressure inside. As the pressure decreases, the methane trapped in the coal seams is released, which is then pumped out and compressed. The water pumped out must be dealt with as part of the deal with the gas-getters. Despite what the glowing brochures on the websites of these companies say, the salinity of much of the discharge water is toxic, being not just sodium rich, but also containing toxic levels of calcium and magnesium, as well as being arsenic and copper laden. It can only be de-toxified by diluting it with good water. A lot of good water. There are several methods of dealing with the millions of gallons of pumped-out (toxic) water, none of them as you can imagine, environmental friendly. The government owns the water, too - but they choose not to exercise their claim once it's above ground.

The operation of even a even a few wells requires an infrastructure of many miles of roads, pipelines and transmission (pumping) facilities. Much of the land owned is only surface-owned. The government retains the mineral rights, which means if you have a ranch or farm, and the government leases the mineral rights to, say Fruitland Coal, they have a right to build whatever they want, as long as they pay the surface owner a percentage. But, it's good-bye ranch. The once pristine Powder River Basin now looks like a highway road map. Ranchers, farmers, and environmentalists alike are feeling embittered by the imperious attitude of the Bureau of Land Management. If BP Global comes knocking on your door, lease in hand, you better hire a good lawyer, because what you sign in "agreement" with the gas-getter, you are stuck with. You are also stuck with auditory pollution, should a compressor station be anywhere near where you happen to live. The sound is deafening.

The BLM, spearheading the efforts of the Dept of Interior, are providing the laws and regulations necessary for the oil-getters and the gas-getters and the tree-getters to rape the land here in America. Farmers and ranchers lie awake at night, wondering how long before they are pushed off the land that has been in their family often for generations.

And if that weren't enough good news for one day, the rough-necks, the crews working these gas fields are often hooked on methamphetamine. Meth begets meth. It is devastating on the surrounding communities. Meth labs spring up, since the demand is great. Any children caught up in this terrible onslaught, suffer both physically and emotionally, as they are often sexually abused. Meth drives the sexual appetite to aberrance like no other drug.

If you want a more recent example of an ever-increasingly imperious government policy, ask the millions of Texans who are about to be displaced in the current PPP - see (TTC). In pursuing it's agendas, the government is steamrolling over any and everybody to get it's way. The Texas legislature just passed a 2-year moratorium on the Corridor, but it's still playing out, because Texas Governor Perry has yet to sign the bill. He would be foolish to veto, as the bill has over-whelming support in both houses. Still the Texans don't sleep easy these nights. Who can blame them?

Public opinon? Don't make me laugh. They are not interested in public opinion. A public show of defiance, however, as the Texans demonstrated, will give them pause.

I plan to move to Colorado in the fall, as far away from the well-heads as possible.

Teaching 'Old' Math to Children - Where'd It Go?

Has anybody been confronted by the new, reformed math being pushed by schools these days? You know, the kid brings home his math homework, and it makes you shy away from it's... strangeness. Even if you are comfortable coaching your child on simple things, like arithmetic, you are lost. If so, you may have been perplexed on a couple of levels. One, why are the schools pushing this arcane kind of problem-solving on children, when the old algorithms serve admirably?

Not surprisingly, I have an opinion on this, shall we say, subterfuge. Right off the bat, the first noticeable thing it does, is it creates a void of comprehension between the the parents and the child, which takes parents, as coaches, out of the equation. They haven't a clue what the book is talking about. They simply can't help their children with math. Why do that? Consider this: It is a way of driving yet another wedge between parents and their children, which for those who have been paying attention, is a major goal of the NEA.

The second thing it does, is it replaces simple math and arithmetic methods with a clumsy, inefficient system. Again, why? If you strip away all the BS about the "flexibility" of the new, reformed math (In her video Madeline gives the lie to that argument), one makes the startling conclusion: it is to make them stupid. I believe it is no exaggeration to say that the goal of public schools today is not to educate your children, but to prepare their minds for the UN mandate of a One World Government.

That seems a shocking conclusion.

But if you look at the curricula and the textbooks being foisted on children today, with it's emphasis on "language arts", instead of grammar and spelling; politicized science, instead of hard science using the Scientific Method; and diversity-based social studies, instead of history and geography, the conclusion seems unavoidable: America's children are doing poorly by design. The globalists don't want, indeed don't need, a thoughtful, informed populace capable of distinguishing reasoned argument from political indoctrination. What they do need is a powerless,
confused citizenry, who believe what they are told. Everything political is arguably smoke-and-mirrors these days.

In a 1993 pamphlet to teachers, the NEA had this to say:

Allegiance to a nation is the biggest stumbling block to the creation of international government. National boundaries and the concept of sovereignty must be abolished. The quickest way to do this is to condition the young to another and broader alliance. Opinion favorable to international government will be developed in the social studies curriculum in the public schools.”

We've come a long way from the old red brick schoolhouse.

Watch the videos, when you have 20 minutes. They are very refreshing, and encouraging.

MJ McDermott's 15 min. video which contrasts teaching math to children using the "new, reformed methods", with that of the old tried-and-true algorithms some of us who are a little longer in tooth grew up learning. No doubt, you remember this:

Using the divergence theorem, what is tex2html_wrap_inline95 if tex2html_wrap_inline97 and S is the surface of the region bounded by the planes tex2html_wrap_inline101 ?

Just kidding! I mean like long division, addition, subtraction, multiplication of simple digits (without the use of a calculator).

McDermott tries and, I think, succeeds in showing the weakness and danger of this new, reformed math curriculum, which seems designed to make you and your children stupid and confused. Have a look. See if you agree.

Finally, in another short video, Madeline - a 10-year old - gives us her charming perspective on the new, reformed math, and shows us several examples of how she solves simple math problems using the "Singapore method", which McDermott talks about in her video. Old school. And I'm sure you will notice how Madeline and her mother went about finding a way out of her dilemma.

Once the Corporate Elite and our Government completes its metamorphosis into the most powerful alliance ever witnessed on earth, there will be little we can do, but dance to their tune, and pay the piper. Because it will have happened on our watch.

And our children will not thank us.

Do Schools Kill Creativity?

I came across this 20 min. video last night. Very entertaining and instructive.

Sir Ken Robinson on Children (who grow up) and Creativity:

The Devil Is In The Details

End Of Democratic Rule?

American Sovereignty: Indispensable or Disposable?
"The origin of the grand experiment we call America was based upon a unique political perspective; that being, that individual rights do not come from government but are endowed to us by a Creator. Power is, therefore, vested in government solely through a legal conveyance from the people. The document our founders used to implement this conveyance was the Constitution." James L Hirsen, J.D., PhD. (2001)
I never thought that I would be a witness to the end of Democratic rule in America. But it appears that is the case. Certainly if George Bush, the CFR and the Trilateral Commission politicos aren't stopped, it will de facto, be the end of representative government. No, I'll even go one step further: we have no representative government any longer. The current state of our government is something that the framers of our Constitution could not have envisioned: the take-over of our nation by the marriage of government power to the corporate elite - and at the behest of the monopolistic-seeking Communists in the Shadow Government. The Trans Texas Corridor may be put off for awhile, but it isn't just the Super Corridor Highway that is the problem. The powers guiding this Public Private Partnership (PPP) is like a runaway freight train, and it goes much deeper, right into the soul of Democratic rule of law.

A Hard Pill To Swallow

I do not know if President Bush is an inherently evil man. But I do believe he intends to destroy America's sovereignty, and needs to be stopped before he achieves his objective. It is not only that we've been misled as to his intentions. We've been sold a stinking bill of goods.

His whole cabinet is rife with globalists who are marching lock-step to two ideas: one, the "sustainable" meme - sustainable in this case means, "Nobody, but nobody better get in our way"; and the second, the "war on terror". In the name of "fighting the war on terror", our freedoms are being are slowly eroded, being taken away. This whole business of Democrat vs Republican? That's just for show. For financial support of the war in Iraq, he does what all presidents before him have done: he goes to the Federal Reserve, and they print it up and lend it to him.

What is that money created out of? It's just paper with ink on it, created out of thin air. Then our government has to turn around and pay off the interest on money which was created out of nothing - fiat money. Which, along with the practice of fractional reserve banking, and the abandonment of the Gold Standard, is the true cause of inflation; it's the number one cause of the decline of the true buying power of your hard-earned money, and the reason the middle class has been slipping, inexorably toward poverty for decades. Don't believe it, if they tell you otherwise. The fix is in, has been in for nearly one hundred years. Better yet, go do your own research. Tell us what you find.

The (privately-owned) Federal Reserve Bank is the ultimate PPP. President Woodrow Wilson in 1913 unleashed the Federal Reserve Bank on America, and we've been paying for it ever since. It's a sweet deal for them: they simply create money out of nothing, then turn around, using the practice of fractional reserve banking, and charge interest. It is the proverbial license to steal.

But, let's face it: George W Bush is only the point man for the Globalists. They've been at this deceit for a long, long time. If it wasn't Bush, it would be whoever occupies the Oval Room. There are evil men behind this, and the world has always had evil men to contend with. It is Gramscian in its methodology, and Fascist in its intent. Make no mistake: this is a deadly assault on our fundamental rights as human beings to live free from governmental tyranny.

There is something very powerful and sinister at work here, and it leads straight to a "New World Government" which has been the Communists dream ever since Karl Marx wrote The Communist Manifesto in 1848. It may appear that the communist's dreams were shattered with the collapse of the Soviet Union, but that is simply not true. The dream has always lived on in men like Mayer Rothschild, John D. Rockefeller, and Andrew Carnegie, who before they died, set up and funded foundations to carry on the work of Fabian Socialism. This vision of Communism has simply abandoned the proletariat, who were after all, only a means to their end: a world dominated by the dictatorship of the super-rich. These very foundations have been at work for one hundred years, undermining our Republic Government, and they have largely succeeded. Our system of republic government is gone, replaced by a two-party democracy, which gives the appearance of representative government, but in fact is a sham.

Conspiracy at this high level of government is a hard pill for many to swallow, unthinkable for some. But you don't have to be an Alex Jones Conspiracy Theorist to see that something is very wrong with the direction America is taking. Our national debt is out of control. Homosexuality, championed by the ACLU, is being celebrated everywhere. "Diversity" has become a mindless chant to isolate and destroy the standing of upright citizens, and attack the moral fiber of Americans who believe in the traditional Judeo-Christian values.

Our children are being betrayed by the Leftist NEA, who now thinks that they should get their grimy hands on your children from birth to eight years old. They want to indoctrinate your kids, folks. In fact, indoctrination in the schools, both at the elementary - high school level, right on up through University level, is a primary goal of the secular humanists.
From the 2007 NEA HANDBOOK:

"The National Education Association supports early childhood education programs in the public schools for children from birth through age eight." [emphasis added]
Yeah, right.

Nuts And Bolts of The SPP are in the PFI and PPP details

There is a North American Transportation summit meeting on the Public/Private Partnership (PPP) on May 9, 10, and 11 - 2007, in DC. You're not invited. If you are a Texan, however, you may be one of the ones who will be invited to pack up your families and get outta Dodge.

I did some digging around, and found a lot of raw data (raw in the sense that it is written in government-ese) on the SPP/TCC Super Corridor. But having knowledge of their objectives, in reading some of this stuff, one can see how they have gone about it without Congressional oversight. The key to it is in the PPP's, which are generally magnets for foreign money, further inviting foreign control of things like our highways, toll bridges, ports, etc. To make things worse, many states are drooling at the prospect of bailing themselves out years of poor economic decisions. Texas, for example, wouldn't be in the fix they are in now, if the government had just used the toll money and transportation taxes on their roads and infrastructure. But they didn't, and when Gov Perry saw the opportunity, he jumped at it. But that's water under the bridge, so to speak. Many other states will be following suit.

On the Federal Dept of Transportation(DOT)website, I went to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and a cursory look shows that a lot of the information is actually available, if you are willing to dig it out.

The Devil Is In The Details

One thing I can tell you, is a an enormous amount of time and effort has already gone into the preparation and implementation on this thing. There is HUGE federal and state bureaucratic involvement here. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. This Super Corridor project is like a mad bull elephant in rut. If it's to be stopped, it will have to be put down hard - there is just no other way this thing will be stopped. The PPP's are generally funded in a slap-stick kind of way by the Private Finance Initiative (PFI), a British-conceived plan to drop tons of money on questionable government/private ventures.

For the brave and intrepid souls, I have provided the following links within the DOT's Website. Any one of these links provides a lot of information on the planning, implementation, goals - several links on the (PPP) Public-Private Partnerships. The Devil, as they say, IS in the details.

How to fire a teacher in NYC - An Algorithm for Sustainable Incompetence

John Stossel brought this up in his 20/20 "Stupid in America - How We Cheat Our Kids " Google Video, so, being somewhat nosey anyway, I poked around and found the chart...All I can say is, WOW.

Having lived in NYC for 33 years, I remember the many power plays that went on in City Hall. NYC politics is not a pretty sight. The mayors tend to be egotistically-driven Megalomaniacs. School Chancellors come and go, the schools stay the same: rotten, drug-filled havens for the grossly incompetent administrators, who were once teachers, but have now passed the ahem, rigors of administrative office duty.

Chancellors Joseph Fernandez, Cortinez, Harold Levy, Rudy Crew (the worst), a long line of incompetents in their own right - well, some were incompetent, and some simply wouldn't kiss the Pope's ring. And currently Joel Klein, with Bloomberg's blessings - his choice, actually.

So, if New York City has billions to spend, a technocrat Mayor dedicated to improving the schools, and a savvy Schools Chancellor, why aren't things improving? An entrenched bureaucracy, and a seemingly unbreakable Teachers Union, yes, but the real reason schools are so bad there? Nobody is accountable. Klein's hands, like the Mayor's, are tied. How bad is it?

Take a gander at this Algorithm for Incompetence.

83 Steps to Fire a N.Y. Teacher

Oh, and a teacher must take 66 "bureaucratic steps" over 105 days to suspend a disruptive student the Post notes, citing Common Good's new Over Ruled study.

NYC has a budget of billions and billions of dollars. Throw more money at it and the system simple absorbs it, like a giant amoeba. The principal of a school has virtually no control over what goes on in his school. The kids are out of control. And this has been going on for a long, long time.

Just one illustration from personal experience: Back in the mid-70's I had contracted for the use of a lecture room in a public school. Without going into detail, I was responsible for securing space and staffing an evening speaker event, not school related. I had used this particular school before, when I couldn't get the Red Cross facilities. On the night in question, there was one speaker, and 150 guests. About 5 minutes before the speaker was to arrive, a thunderous noise broke out overhead, in the room above the guests. Alarmed, I went to check it out, and discovered a high school basketball game had just started. I went to find the principal, explained the situation to him, expecting him to resolve it. What he said was, "I can't do anything about it." What do you mean, you can't do anything about it? It's your school isn't it? He gave a wistful smile at my ignorance, and said, "The head school custodian made the arrangements. I have no control over it." Come on, it's your school. "Nope, sorry, it's in our contract. I can't interfere." The custodian is in charge? "Sorry, I'd like to help, but my hands are tied."

So, with a little finesse, the speaker learned to work quickly - between fast breaks on the court. Sheesh, the principal has no say in what goes on in his school?

Another time, even earlier (this was early 70's) - I was scheduled to speak to some high school kids in a Queens high school. As soon as I arrived, one of the staff there pulled me aside and said, "Whatever you do, don't go into any of the men's rooms, you'll be mugged." Hmmm.

In the interim, the monopolistic NYC Teachers' Union has become even stronger.

So what's the answer? Ha. Many have tried to answer that and have been broken on the wheel of bureaucracy. Mayor Bloomberg just went up against the Teacher's Union, and lost. So it ain't gonna be easy.

But accountability would go a long way toward sorting out their myriad troubles. School vouchers would tie the money to the child . Let the parents choose functioning, accountable schools. I can hear the shrieks and groaning of the nincompoops, as their schools are - simply allowed to die of attrition. Hey, it's worth a shot.

The North American Union Will Be Stopped

Robert Pastor says we just need another catastrophic event like 9/11 as catalyst to move the NWO onto the next stage: Retiring the US currency, rolling out the Amero. I expect China will have a huge surplus of toilet paper, otherwise known as Federal Reserve Notes. And remember those detention centers KBR has built on American soil, at the behest of the Bush administration? Those are for rolling up undesirables and enemies of the state, sure. But the biggest role they will play will be the intimidation factor. Fear. Hitler used it to devastating effect, and George W. will use it for the same purpose: to strike fear into the hearts of all Americans.

Meanwhile, Americans and Canadians have awakened to the Global Elitist's goal , and by pitting the will of the Americans and Canadians (forget the Mexicans) against the misuse of power , the NAU will be stopped. Once it's stopped, the next task will be to dismantle the public/private partnerships, and dismiss those who have perpetrated this travesty on the American people.

I say bring it on, Georgie Porgie.
